Return Policy

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a refund as soon as possible.

Additionally, we will also accept returns and offer refund if there is any problem or defect with the product received. You can raise a complaint with us if you face any such issues.

The timeline to raise a complaint depends on the category in which the product falls into: Consumable Perishables – meats, seafood, frozen food and FnV, dairy category including milk, eggs and bread, etc. (1 day); Consumable Non-perishables – groceries, etc. (7 days); General Merchandise – Electronics, home furnishings, fashion, etc. (7 days); Freebie missing issue (7 days); Entire wrong order and MDND (7 days); and Other issues – insect, fungus or foreign material, expired products, etc. (no restriction).

To complete your return, we require the VAT Bill the order was sent with.
